Our necklaces are typically 18 to 20 inches long.
Pendants are sold without necklaces, unless we specifically state that the necklace is included.

All Items are Subject to Prior Sale---We do a lot of shows and take all the pieces with us therefore prior sales can occur before we have a chance to update our web page. Please be assured that your credit card will not be billed until it is verified that the piece you want is available.
Photography---We try our best in getting a true picture of the item as it looks when you receive it. However, due to the variance of cmputer monitors, colors in the photo may vary from the actual piece themselves, but we strive to assure it is as close as possible to the original. We do have a return policy. Please refer to that section for more information.

Returns---We know how hard it is to purchase an item with only a photograph as reference. If you are not happy with a purchase you make from us, return the item. We will credit back your purchase price less shipping and any credit card fees incurred by us as long as the item is returned in the same condition that it was shipped and returned within 10 days of your receipt. We also ask that you contact us of your intentions of returning a purchased piece. You are responsible for paying shipping on returned item(s). Items must be shipped with tracking and insurance.
An exception is made to the return
policy for gifts, since we want you to shop early enough for the item to arrive
when you need it. If you wish to return
a piece that was received as a gift, please email your intentions to return the
item along with the name of the purchaser so that we may credit their account.
You can also use the credit towards the purchase of another item, which would be credited once the original item had been returned in the condition stated above.
Repair Policy --- We thank you for your purchase. All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping. If you find any problems with defects or workmanship within the first 30 days we will be happy to repair the item at no charge.
There will be a charge for items needing repairs after 30 days. Please contact us before you ship the item(s) so we know to expect it and ask that you include information on how the damage occurred so we may determine the best way to repair it.
At the time of contact, we will supply the address where you need to ship your item. We recommend insuring the items you send depending on the value, but that is your option. We will inspect the item(s) and provide you with a repair estimate within 7 to 10 business days"
Shipping and Handling Mail in the US and
Canada is usually reliable. However, there are all kinds of things that can
occur and is out of our control. Once
the package leaves our hands we can not maintain responsibility for it and will
only issue a refund if the merchandise is returned in the same condition that
it left here. You may elect to purchase
insurance at checkout. If you would like
to make special shipping arrangements, please email us.
Shipping within the United
States--Shipments within the US are normally sent in a flat-rate, priority mail
box with delivery confirmation. Shipping and handling without insurance is $8.00 for packages up to 1 pound – but is
subject to change by the US Postal Service.
Shipments to Canada are normally sent by priority mail international at the lowest cost possible. NOTE: You pay actual shipping costs.
Shipping Outside the United States--Shipments are normally sent by priority mail international. Whether or not we can ship an item to you depends on your country’s custom regulations. You will be more familiar with your country’s customs regulations than we will. All items shipped out of the United States are subject to customs inspection in the country they are being shipped to. We can not be responsible if your item does not pass through customs. We only issue refunds if the merchandise is returned to us in the same condition as shipped. Assessment of duties, taxes (including VAT), and administrative fees (covering the costs of clearing the item through customs) is done in accordance with that country’s laws. Customs duties, taxes and administrative fees are collected from the recipient. These fees are not included in any prices we quote or any payments remitted to us. All prices quoted by us are in US dollars.
Countries we will ship to at the present time are Canada, Great Britian, Austrialia and New Zealand. Many of these countries regulations say they require shipment by insured parcel post.
Countries we can not ship to include Mexico, and South America. We do not ship to Africa, Sweden or the Middle East.
California Sales Tax---Items delivered to a California address are subject to a 7.75% CA state sales tax.
Payment---We accept payment in US Dollars.
PayPal---We accept PayPal. PayPal accepts American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and your PayPal balance or e-check.
NOTE: You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card through PayPal. Look in the lower left corner for the link to pay without a PayPal account, then just enter your credit card information. I do not see any of this credit card information. The payment simply comes to me as a PayPal transaction and I can not modify the amount in any way.
Privacy---Information gathered from and about our customers is used strictly to conduct the business of Wirewrapstone. If you are using a spam blocker or other type of email filter, please make sure it does not stop email that might be sent from wirewrapstone.com. Typical emails might include an automatic confirmation that a successful order has been placed on the web site, a follow up message from us confirming the order details and sending any associated invoice, and other messages connected to orders.
